UNDERSTANDING THE WORD – PRAYING FOR A FULFILLMENT
April 24, 2020

The Word: Isaiah 55: 10 – 11(KJV)

10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Dig Deeper: Luke 1: 45(KJV)

45 And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.

BELIEVING FOR SPEEDY PERFORMANCE
Our text today compares the word to snow and the rain. One is solid liquid, one is wet liquid. Both have something in common; at the right temperature, they water the soil, helping plants to grow….. The Lord says his word is like water; It will act as agent of growth. God’s word is sure, God’s word is pure. However we many times experience satanic opposition to what God has promised. God punish the devil! That’s why we are reminding ourselves of God’s promises from the beginning of the year. This is a season of forceful fulfillment of that which the Lord has promised. Like I said again: The Lord punish Satan! I’d like you to be tired of delay and slow speed and be aggressive in your spirit to take delivery of all that you are trusting God for this year. This is a month we are discussing about the word. God’s word has the internal capacity to bring forth by itself. It is compared to the seed. It has life in itself. God’s word has embedded in it the capacity for self performance. Others have enjoyed the fruitfulness of the word. Others have given testimonies. Your own cannot be different. God’s word must deliver in your situation, your joy must be full. I want you to declare that Isaiah 55:10 over yourself with spiritual aggressiveness: that God’s word will find expression and fulfilment in your life IJN.

REVISTING THE PROMISES FOR THIS YEAR
As we have come to a weekend of seeking God and in a month of focus on God’s word, it is important to appreciate that God’s prophecy or promises are equally as powerful or potent as the scriptures.
The bible is documented promises or words inspired by the Holy Spirit. A direct word to the house is a Rhema (word in real time) which is equally as powerful and relevant for our year.

Our father said this year is our year of NEXT LEVEL and we said NEXT LEVEL is changing position upwards, moving to the next stage spiritually, physically, maritally as a Church and in every spect of our lives. But for many of us and the church does it look like next level right now? Perhaps many will answer: NO

For some people it might even look like a lower level. But we must not forget that God said we should be expectant of four things.
– New things. He will do New things
– Restructuring. Our lives will need to be restructured and reorganised
– It’s OK to take a step back in order to leap forward
– He will take away all reproach.

Remember Haggai 2:9 The glory of the latter shall be greater than the former. It may not yet look like NEXT LEVEL but God’s word is settled forever. That is what he said. Let’s key in and align ourselves to this.
