Remember management is about exercising control
Management is about arrangement and organisation.
Management is about governance.

Time is a resource and time needs to be managed.
Goals are set in time. So if goals are to be achieved, time needs to be accounted for.
You cannot kill time. But you can waste time.
Time is a resource given to everyone equally. The rich man has 24 hours, the poor man also has 24 hours. You can’t freeze time but you can use time. Money is a resource, people are resources, gift or talents are resources. Time is a resource. But time is the only one that everyone has equally.

If we are truly to achieve much this year, we must take responsibility for our use of time. We must also ask God to help us with our use of time.
