Psalm 34: 2 (KJV)
2 My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. 3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.
Think about it
I WILL BLESS THE LORD AT ALL TIMES….
This Psalm was written at a difficult period in the life of David. It was a period when Saul was after his life so he escaped away to Gath in the Land of Philistine, living in Asylum as a political refugee. But the King of Gath – (Abimelech) was not sure that David was not a dangerous enemy. So David feigned madness before Abimelech and was convincing. He then penned this powerful Psalm to thank God for preserving his life
– So who will bless the Lord?
I will bless the Lord.
– When and how often?
At all times, his praise shall continually be in my heart
– Who takes the glory for the miracles and goodness?
My soul shall make her boast in the Lord
– Who else will praise him alongside with me?
O magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt his name together
Today being the first Sunday in December why not give him quality praise and get your family and friends to praise him together
